I hope Pepi develops over the next four years. He has the physical profile to be that guy--he's just been dreadful after that hot start that put him on the map.

Sargent is the closest option we have right now.

Love Antonee's athleticism, but his lack of skill is being exposed. The Dutch just sag off him and defend his cross, knowing he can't hurt them.

We need another way to generate offense outside of Robinson/Dest carrying up the wing. Gio or a fully healthy Weston would make a huge difference here.
 
I think 80 percent of the time we have the ball we are facing our own goal.
 
If Berhalter pulls Dest while we're still down, I'm going to be livid.

He's been our best offensive player this entire tournament.

basically the exact same pass twice for the netherland goals.

and US is absolutely fucking terrified to take a shot. the one shot they did take was fantastic. But they care more about making shitty passes

edit: i think it was at 43 or 44 minutes where they had a great shot lined up and tried to make a tricky pass versus just shooting....
