On the poll, I put in Ogbaji. I wouldn't mind Branham or Williams. We need shooting.
I'm a little surprised that people think this 14th pick will make a difference this year. If the player is good he'll be 2nd or 3rd string. Our starting 5 is set with Sexton, Garland, Allen, Mobley, and Markkanen. LeVert will be our sixth man, Okoro our 7th. I can't see anyone we can get cracking that.
I think your starting 5 is off. Unless there's a trade, I'll take a gentleman's bet that the starting 5 is DG, Caris, Lauri, Evan and JA, with Sexton, Rubio and Okoro being the backups in the backcourt.
Yeah, it's between Sexton and LeVert. As a coach, I'd give it to Sexton because of his past experience with the team and Garland.I think your starting 5 is off. Definitely, Rubio isn't on the team yet. There are rumors he is coming and Sexton may be traded. But I never believe rumors. They rarely happen. Look how many years Love was rumored to be traded.Sexton and Rubio might not even be on the team. We can all take a deep breath on the rotation.

sochan reminds me of larry nance jr. but i'd rather draft on someone who can potentially be better.
Yes you are correct and that's what I get for going off memory. Thx for the clarification. He recovered from a dislocated left knee in January of 2020. The sprain last season was a minor one in his right. Just out for accuracy at this point.

It's a little concerning to see the knee injuries in a 19 year old kid esp when you can see a noticeable decline in athleticism.
Was watching the NBA TV Mock draft and they have him going to the Knicks at 10I think some are sleeping on Branham. Sure, it would be nice to have a 6'8"-6'10" wing, but would an elite developing SG prospect be so bad? Branham is only 1 inch short of Kobe and MJ in height and wing span, and he's 19.
I've got my eye on quite a few prospects that could be available in our range. From Griffin to Dieng, Davis, Eason, etc. So many intriguing options.
One thing I do love about Branham is he can be a ballhandler and not simply a catch and shoot threat.
