2015 College Football Season/Playoff Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Memphis with 24 points at halftime :chuckle:
The big Nkemdiche just screams star to me, man. I love watching him at this level.

Northwestern beat a good Stanford team and was 5-0, which was more impressive than anything OSU has done this year. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Iowa is a pretty good team - certainly better than any team OSU has played. And as I type this, it's 16-10 in the second quarter...sooo

It's going to be funny when OSU's season is ruined by one of those silver medal teams.

Silver medal: confirmed.

Michigan is officially the Browns of the Big Ten now.

Holy shit... craziest ending I have ever seen.

Northwestern predictably falling back into irrelevancy. This is why you don't get hype over beating Northwestern in early October...

Anyways, looking forward to the Silver medal game between Michigan State and Michigan.
I mean, they were definitely deserving of a top 15 ranking 2 weeks ago. That's pretty indisputable. It's fine you never believe they'd sustain it, but polls are supposed to reward what you've done, not what you might/might not do.

On the bright side, a team that might be .500 in the BT beat a top tier P10 team and a middling ACC team.

Also, PSU has gotten away with 2 blatant holds this drive. One allowed PSU to convert that 3rd and 1. Another just saved a sack.

Von Bell did get 15 yards for standing still, though.

EDIT - Well, they called the 3rd one

Decades of soul-crushing defeats at the hands of Cleveland sports and Michigan had prepared me for days like yesterday. Fortunately I went out for dinner and didn't even watch the 4th quarter. Sometimes it can really pay to not be a die-hard fan. :chuckle:

And when the Cavs lose in devastating fashion next year, I will be emotionally prepared. So I got that going for me, which is nice.
