Quinn is going to end up on a 15 man roster if we pass on him.
But he's not a forward, is he?
Is that supposed to be a scary thing? That doesn't strike fear in me at all...Quinn is going to end up on a 15 man roster if we pass on him.

The only reason he would make the roster is because of injuries, which I think is too short sighted of a move.
Guys like Daye have longer term roles and if I were choosing, I'd even keep Daye over someone like Cunningham because he can shoulder minutes we want to take off LeBron's plate.
I know a lot of people rag on Daye but he has at least shown he can be a respectable outside shooter and stretch the floor. He also appeared in about one third of San Antonio's games last season an played 10 minutes per contest. On days where we want to give LeBron the game off or severely limit his minutes, he's at least proven he can be a warm body who can play spot duty on a good team.
With Shumpert's injury plus injury history and JR being JR, I'd be shocked if we didn't keep Cunningham at this point.
I mean he's a better defender, passer, athlete, ballhandler, and shooter then Smith. I can't really think of anything Smith has on him other then his contract

What are people seeing in Austin Daye? this guy can't defend at all.
Smooth shooting I think. His height seems to do nothing though.
