Personally, I'm enjoying treating wins like losses. Hoyer being top-10 is outdated.
Absolutely fair.
Truly a no-win game yesterday.

If the end result of that blueprint is Andy Dalton...This team reminds me of the '03 Bengals with Hoyer standing in for Kitna and Manziel for Palmer. Their defensive oriented rookie HC got them to 8-8, Kitna provided competent, but not great QB play, their hyped, first round QB got to red shirt, and they changed what had been over a decade of losing culture to morph into a regular division contender.
I hate Cincinnati, but I would love if we continue to follow that blueprint.
If the end result of that blueprint is Andy Dalton...
Well then frankly, fuck that.
At the end of the day, how anyone would not trade the past 10 years for the Bengels last 10 years in beyond me. Would I like to be better, yes, but give me a team that can compete year in and year out.

Andy Dalton would be the best QB we've had in like forty years.
Andy Dalton would be the best QB we've had in like forty years.
That is absurd.
Some of you have some really, really, really low expectations. We've been really bad, sure, but follow the Bengals blueprint?
You mean make the playoffs several years running? Yeah, that would be fucking terrible.
And I wasn't saying that I liked Dalton or wanted him as our QB, but let's not pretend that he isn't miles better than any QB we've had since the franchise came back to Cleveland.
