The odds of Oscar being a "guy like Harold Ramirez" himself is quite high.
Would rather keep the 40 man spot for a better rule 5 eligible guy they may be worried about or a free agent/trade acquisition.
The odds of any particular one of the many middle infielders in the system being an impact bat that moves the needle is likely small but the more guys you give a fair chance to in the majors the better chance you have to make a sound decision about them.
