2021 Browns Training Camp

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

No brainer, IMO. He's certainly shown the most in this position battle in actual game snaps. We just gotta keep that head on straight - think we have a coaching staff capable of doing that.

With the depth the Browns currently have at DT as opposed to DE, I have to wonder if they'll utilize Malik Jackson some at DE to get guys like McDowell or Elliott more snaps at DT over Gustin/Jackson snaps at DE...

Pretty wild considering he's barely paid any football the last five years.

The irony, at least to me, is that Garrett and Clowney are both capable of being incredibly effective when kicked inside, so I was hoping for better depth at DE to afford such opportunities. If Takk can meet expectations then I imagine we still see plenty of Takk, Myles, and Jadeveon on the field together on obvious passing downs.

Right now, it looks like front 4 of McKinley, McDonnell, Clowney and Garrett could provide the Browns an amazing "Pass Rush o' Doom!" in long yardage scenarios. All 4 could be line up at any position. Then if you throw in the threat of a JOK blitz , what's an O-line to do?

How was Marvin Wilson? Was a great UDFA signing, was hoping we’d keep him in some capacity.
