We are just losing divisions now and I don't know if that's the best way to structure it. The East is a bit of a bloodbath while the Atlantic would be ruled by Penn State with an iron fist most seasons, for instance. I prefer a model where there are some preserved rivalries and everyone plays each other on a reasonable basis, but there will be logictical hurdles regardless.
