That said, nice to see Hedges get an actual hit! Like not only did he make contact with the baseball, he also put it into fair territory and it wasn't caught by a fielder, and the fielder couldn't throw it out in time to first to get him out. I wasn't sure that was a sequence of events that could occur in 2022
