You're never going to completely isolate one strand of a muscle. There also isn't any benefit to working out one part one day and a connected part the next. Like upper pec vs lower pec is essentially same muscle and it doesn't provide any benefit of working those parts of the muscle in different days.Its the same muscle? But the feeling is in a different location. Yes I get its the same musce but a different part of the muscle is sore.
You get growth from working the muscle as hard as possible and splitting it up rather than hitting it from all angles is counterproductive
