East is getting tough!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

From top to bottom, the East is definitely better than the West now. Here are my rankings with commentary:

1. Miami....Either Jerry West has become senile or he's simply doing his buddy Pat Riley a favor before he leaves Memphis and retires in Florida. The league really should investigate this deal. Very fishy. Anyhow, Miami is stacked and may yet still bring Damon Jones back into the fold. Wade will continue his ascent into the league's top 10 players. JWill and Walker will allow Shaq to coast until the playoffs. Look for Shaq's assist total to rise.

Why? If deal trade meets all the salary requirements, the deal is approved. The only way the NBA rejects this trade is if the salaries don't match.

Intelligent post TJ. You know your stuff. Oh yeah I think you had a typo at #5. The bucks right ahead of the Cavs......see it?......yeah it's ok we all know that's not true. The Bucks will be good but better than the Cavs, keep dreamin. You Milwaukee fans gotta lay off the beer!

I hope you'll be around during the season so you can admit the error of your ways. Cavs sweep Bucks 4-0. You heard it here first!

We'll see buddy, we'll just see! Sleep well Cav fans, Freddy's a Bucks Fan!

(Freddy wanted to say B***h instead of buddy but I had to cencor him) :chuckles:

You said that the Cavs had the biggest offseason and we tied for the 8th seed AHEAD of the Bucks and they are better? Bogut can't handle the Pacers bigs, he was UN-impressive, and no TJ Ford is not Isiah Thomas in his prime or Nate Archibald or even Steve Nash so get off his nuts, he just broke his neck you act like he fixed his horrid jump shot by 100% or something. He is not god, he was decent then he will be worse now not having played competitive basketball in over a year.

Just in case you didn't believe me, TJ is more ready than anyone realizes. He also has a young, athletic, running frontcourt in Bogut and Gadzuric to compliment his game.

TJ's record in high school: 57-1
College: Final Four, College Player of the Year
Bucks: On pace for 48 wins as a rookie until injury with weaker roster

It's not hype CDT, this guy is a proven winner....and to quote the Anchorman Ron Burgandy, "Don't act like your not impressed". ;)

thank god we have that high school record  ....

i'm gonna go right out and put a couple grand on the bucks with that inside info ;)

This guy can definitely matchup physically with Lebron. Go back and read the post game comments from Cleveland's away game against the Clips last November. When Simmons is done beating him up physically, Lebron will then have to defend Mason's rim assualts (I have a beaut of a video clip of Mase catching an oop in Cleveland and flushing on Varejo and Newble...upon request of course).

Dude, no one is a proven winner until they win and win big and often in the NBA. TJ Ford hasn't proven jack. Just like LeBron hasn't proven he's a winne until he starts winning alot more than he loses.

TJ had a 57-1 record in HS? LeBron had ALOT more wins with only 1 loss.

That may be true about Lebron, TJ, and winning Troy Wingate but TJ is better than Eric Snow and you know it. I can't place Cleveland higher than 5th until they get me a point gaurd that's better than Ford, Billups, and Tinsley/Jaskevicious.

So what if TJ is a better play than Eric Snow. That doesn't make Milwaukee better than Cleveland. Good luck to Ford, I hope he does well after that horrible injury, but you need to stop riding his penis until he PROVES on an NBA court in a regular season game that he is back to full health. He might be a better player than he was pre-injury, he could be worse, we don't know that until he starts playing games.

Plus, what has the PG Cleveland acquires got to do with them finishing higher than 5th? It's not like we need a John Stockton or a Mark Jackson. We have plenty of guys who can handle the ball and play the PG if required. All we need is a guy who can handle the ball and not turn it over.

i can't place miwaukee higher then 9th due to the fact they don't have a proven big man..

i know utah was in that dominant "MOUNTAIN TIME ZONE CONFERENCE" ;)

but until i know for a fact that he can play in the nba ? (see olowokandi) i can't place the bucks higher then 9th -- no front court = no playoffs

SORRY, BUT THAT IS HOW IT IS........ THANKS FOR PLAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get this guy a contract. He's an upgrade over Eric Snow. :chuckles:

Lebron's_Pippen,

We still have Gadzuric and the Dutchman is a top 15 center already. We're covered dude. No problem. In fact, you may see Gadz start at center and Bogut at power forward against many teams. Bogut would definitely play center against Z and the Cavs though.

Troy,

You don't have Jordan. You must have stellar point gaurd play if you want to advance in the playoffs.

TJ thanks you for your concern. He will be back and is just as likely to suffer the same or related injury as Lebron James would be, according to the nation's leading physicians.
