Besides, for only having 100 posts yourself, you sure are mouthy.
Are you kidding me? THAT'S your argument for me being "mouthy"? Okay, whatever buddy.

TSO has been around since CMB, so even though he only has 100 posts, he's actually been around for several years now.
Werd. Were you around at CMB Marcus, potentially under a different screen name?

I just entered this thread and haven't read any of it......I just wanted to say 1 thing.

You all suck. I will crush you.

I have no doubt that Delonte West could average 20pts, 5reb, 5-7 assists, and 3-4 turnovers... if he was the #1 or #2 option on any team in the league. No doubt whatsoever.

No significant injuries.

Jamison and Mo kept under 30 minutes. Only players with heavy minutes were Howard (38) and Moon (39).

Jamison hit 3 of 4 FTs.

Moon continues to push ahead of Jawad for playoff minutes consideration.

Next time, the Cavs will have LeBron, Shaq and Parker. Looking forward to that even more now....

I don't see a reason to play LeBron much against Atlanta unless Shaq is out there. It would be good to see the whole lineup play together and get a little continuity. But honestly, the Cavs should be able to regain their continuity and work Shaq back into the lineup during the opening playoff rounds. They're a strong enough team to do both.
I wouldn't mind doing the same Mo/Jamison move with the starters against ATL. Play Shaq/Lebron and company the 1st half and 3rd quarter and sit them the 4th to keep there overall minutes low. The only guy I'd like to sit more for sure is probably Parker as I'd like to see him get more rest.

Overall good use of these games by Mike Brown.
Gotten to see what Jamison can do against the Magic. Gotten Mo's confidence back. Gotten minutes for both Moon and Jawad with Moon looking like he's earned some PT in the playoffs over Jawad. Rested everybody some

Don't really care about other things people are concerned about. I've seen enough of JJ guarding Howard this season already and I've haven't seen anything that suggests that is a good match-up for us. The Bassy complaints are also weird: there is no way in hell he's seeing any PT in the playoffs. Even if Mo AND West goes down that means more PT for Boobie

How about this? Play Bron-Mo-Shaq-Jamison-Parker for the first quarter against ATL, then don't play any of them the rest of the game (maybe Shaq). That way, you let them work out a few kinks in that first quarter, and they won't go into the first playoff game looking totally out of sync.

And, in the rest of the game, PLEASE let Bassy run the offense! Who cares if it doesn't go well, at least we will get to see him play against a team that is actually good.

I think that's a pretty fair statement. He managed to average 14, 4, and 4 last postseason having no plays run for him and taking the third most shots (11.2 fga per game). If you swapped West with a guy like Iguodala in Philadelphia, I think Delonte could do as good of a job, if not better than him.

It's really hard to believe that they never gave him a chance in Seattle, given his age and flexible contract. Then again, they were going through a transition period with coaches and... well, cities.

It took a serious wake up call by an elite team to beat a depleted Cavs team, I like our chances.

I think its very fair, but i wonder if that team would win any games... it would be interesting to see. I don't think Redz would ever get a shot, cuz whenever he does get games to show what he can do it seams like he gets injured or tries to get everyone else involved like the game before last.

Man, Windy really is going overboard tonight.

Cavs are half-assing their way into the playoffs. I can't think of a single championship team that's phoned in the last two weeks of the regular season. Don't like it. Think it's a mistake. Hope I'm wrong to be concerned.

Well, what would you have done? Say: "Oh, it's fine. They weren't serious. Just wait for the playoffs?"

Face it, he's an analyzer of the game, he's just breaking it down. I read his blog and it didn't seem out of line. I agree that it shouldn't be concerning, and he did mention that, but man... he only was giving his impressions, some of the best in the city.

It isn't a big deal either way. I just want the playoffs to start already, just like the city does, and just like the players and coaches.

Don't you just hate it when you decide a regular season and STILL have 5 games left to play now?

The no-intensity Cavs might be frustrating to watch, but there's no doubt in my mind that they'll come out strong against the 8th seed. It's not as if the Cavs don't know that LeBron is going to be a free agent, so they're going to play as if every game is #7 of the Finals. The only problem that could arise is reintegrating Shaq. Although, he'll have no trouble bullying Noah around in the paint. And the only important Cav that hasn't played with Shaq is Jamison so there will be some familiarity.

I think we have seen some really good things with key players sitting out each of these games.

Mo getting off a few times.
Moon getting some love
Jamison playing great

It's all about playingwell as a team, I like what I see.

I can't think of a single Cavs team that won a championship ever, but that won't stop us.

Imo the cavs haven't phoned in anything, we've been competitive with every team with the guys we've played and its providing Lebron's supporting cast with valuable confidence and experience going into the playoffs. I hardly believe we've gotten complacent. If we're as good as advertised little stretches like these shouldn't make a difference.
