Second round exits aren't as bad as they seem. Say we play Boston next year, and lose in 7 games. In a close series.
Is that really bad? It'd be a real bitch move to go "well, we can't win, I'm gone"....
He wanted out in Utah, not just because they didn't go far, but were making moves that seem clear, they weren't trying to win. So he said well, then just trade me.
I just doubt Mitchell feels he's LeBron James, where he HAS to only play for a team that can win a title.
Honestly, I'm not even that optimistic at the moment we get to the second round next year. If we do, then I'll be pretty ecstatic.
Not after what I saw from JBB against the Knicks.
