The "What are you playing now?" Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Spider-Man 2 is excellent. Love Peter, love Miles, both are excellent heroes.

Playstation controller really makes you feel the power of the symbiote Peter and punching the souls out of people.

Doing a little of this and a little of that these days, but the game I'd like to gush about is Rune Factory 4 Special. I really enjoyed 5, but I had had enough of the 3D aspect, so I took a few months away and then downloaded RF4S when it was on sale on the eShop, and it's the same gameplay only way smoother and better graphically.

I have 3, 4 and 5 for that series, but I haven't really sat down and played any of those...

Have you had a chance to try Harvestella? I bought it, but haven't gotten to play it lol

Nah, I don't think that reviewed all that well, did it?

73 on metacritic...

From what I see, no one disliked it, but it had a lot of flaws. One person even said, a sequel/a second game, fixing issues of it would make it amazing. I have have so many games on the list that an action RPG with farm sim elements gets put down it since I am a turn based type...

(Ps. It's 30 bucks for the physical copy on amazon).

I’m a little late to the party on this one, but Lies of P is excellent.

Highly recommend for my other Soulsborne/Sekiro fans in here, may have even overtaken the Nioh series as my favorite Soulslike.

As an aside, if anyone has other Soulslike recommendations, I’d be happy to hear them. Ones I’ve played so far that come to mind:

- Nioh/Nioh 2
- Wo Long
- Salt and Sanctuary
- Mortal Shell

New Warzone update dropped. I don't hate it, but don't necessarily love it either. Just feels like an incremental DLC.

I only play DMZ and they stated they were pretty much putting any updates to that on the backbones. Sucks that they continue to segment their user base with their yearly releases. GaaS should be released once every 3 to 5 years and be updated accordingly. I haven't played regular COD in ages and WarZone we usually just mess around with Resurgence.

Yeah, Warzone feels incredibly mid so far. Not trash like Warzone 2 but not nearly as good as Warzone 1 either.

Guess I'll be mostly sticking to Zombies, which has surprisingly been a lot of fun.

Have you played Lords of the Fallen? The new one I mean. It looks awesome. Think it launched to some mixed reviews in October but a lot of the complaints were balance things and bugs, many of which have been patched by now.

I haven’t tried it yet but thinking about picking it up at some point. I still have elden ring and nioh 2 to play though.

I bought MW3 cuz I hadnt played a CoD since Cold War and had the itch. It’s fine but I kinda regret it. I just fucking suck at these games anymore, can’t even get any of the killstreaks now days because no way I’m stringing ten kills together.

Still decent fun but wish I could refund it, too much else to play. I havent tried zombies yet though.

Rage quit Warzone tonight. The TTK is too insanely fast. The worst part is there is no reliable sound. Had a player land behind me after their gulag with an AR and was immediately gunned down after looting enough cash to finally get my loadout. I never had a chance. No sound, no awareness, not any reasonable attempt at being able to counter. There's so many buildings, too. I walk into a room to a dude camping and he gets his first shot in and it's over. All that to immediately die.

I also feel like aim assist is stronger in this COD. Any gun fight against a controller player less than 10 meters away as a keyboard and mouse player is a huge disadvantage. I still can't believe there is no real penalty to jump shooting. I was fine in Warzone 1 with MnK but this one just doesn't feel right.

Cheapest place to buy whatever the newest Xbox is or PS5?

And does it really matter which one we go with

Primarily want to play the metal gear series and red dead and gta, don't play a whole lot
