That's precisely what he said. He doesn't agree with the sentiment that Kipnis isn't our long-term lead-off hitter.
I'm with sgm. I think Kipnis is great in that spot. He's a pretty ideal lead-off hitter IMO.
Carlos Gomez in center field instead of Michael Bourn would be nothing short of fantastic. He's also right handed and under team control until 2017.
Not sure what Milwaukee would want though. Aramis Ramirez is retiring after the season. Maybe persuade them with Chisenhall.
