Remember when Clevinger came back from injury last year?
In two starts...6.1 IP...he got rocked for 12 earned runs.
Ashes and sackcloth, gloom and doom, all around.
Over his next seventeen starts he went 12-2, with monthly ERAs of 1.74, 2.96 2.70.
He was better than Bieber. He may have been the best pitcher in the AL over those seventeen starts.

I disagree that this staff can't maintain this level of production, or very close to it. Over 162 games, no way. But over what is not much more than a third of a season, it becomes more than possible.
Esp considering the fact that the competition will soon get a lot easier. Out of the next 43 games, 23 will be against KC Det, and Pit.
